Services
Rodent Killer is a rodent-only company. Our services are inspection, trapping and removal, exclusion and sealing of entry points, attic cleanup and restoration, and monthly protection plans. We do not handle ants, spiders, termites, or other pests.
Rodent Killer provides rodent control in South Lake Tahoe — free inspection, same-day visits, and a 12-month exclusion warranty.
Pricing
The inspection is free. One-time rodent removal starts at $199. Removal plus full exclusion starts at $349. The monthly protection plan is $49–$59 per month. Attic cleanup and restoration is a custom quote. Your exact price is confirmed after the free on-site inspection — it depends on the size of your home, how bad the problem is, and how many entry points need sealing.
Warranty
If rodent activity comes back between your scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no cost. Exclusion work is backed by a 12-month warranty while you are on a regular protection plan: if rodents get back in through anything we sealed, we fix it free.
Scheduling and Availability
Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Same-day visits are available where scheduling allows. Service availability and pricing may vary by property and may change over time.
